Whisky and honey makes for a warming cocktail.


  • ½ lemon

  • 2 tsp runny honey

  • 30ml/1fl oz Scotch whisky

  • 2 tsp orange liqueur

  • 2 tsp apricot liqueur

  • 25ml/1fl oz pineapple juice

  • 1 pineapple leaf

Preparation method

  1. Squeeze the lemon and drop it into a cocktail shaker

  2. Pour in the runny honey, Scotch whisky, orange and apricot liqueurs, and pineapple juice. Shake the mixture hard.

  3. To serve, strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
