Whisky and honey makes for a warming cocktail.
2 tsp runny honey
30ml/1fl oz Scotch whisky
2 tsp orange liqueur
2 tsp apricot liqueur
25ml/1fl oz pineapple juice
1 pineapple leaf
Squeeze the lemon and drop it into a cocktail shaker
Pour in the runny honey, Scotch whisky, orange and apricot liqueurs, and pineapple juice. Shake the mixture hard.
To serve, strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
